Unlocking Global Connections: How GG Magazine Transformed Our Real Estate Approach

When Aaron and I first joined Engel & Völkers, we were initially unsure how to make the most of GG Magazine, the brand’s stunningly curated publication. I’d watch the first few issues stack up in my office, admiring their beauty but not fully grasping their potential. Then, I got an idea: why not start reading these articles and learning how other Engel & Völkers Advisors around the world were leveraging this incredible brand to elevate their listings? That decision shifted my perspective, inspiring me to think bigger and connect more deeply with this global network.  

As I delved into the magazine, I was struck by the quality and sophistication of the listings featured and the impressive backgrounds of the agents advertising them. Many had multiple degrees and extensive experience, reflecting the high standards that Engel & Völkers upholds globally. Seeing this caliber of representation reaffirmed our decision to be part of this brand.  

Reading GG Magazine had an unexpected but invaluable outcome: it introduced me to the "Nomad" issue, which discussed the Nomad Visa—a new opportunity for living abroad with flexibility.
