Waterfront 

At 880 acres, Lake Thonotosassa is the largest lake in Hillsborough County. The lake offers endless recreational opportunities including water skiing, jet skiing, and fishing.

Equestrian 

Residents living on interior lots may have one (1) horse for every acre of their home site. A maximum of five (5) horses is allowed, and residents with horses must build private stables. Stonelake Ranch features miles of 40-foot-wide equestrian trails and approximately 100 acres of open meadow for riding.

Stonelake Ranch is a private community with private roads. The main entrance features custom privacy gates and a guard house that is attended 24 hours a day. The community also enjoys the secondary barcode controlled entrance for residents only, located on McIntosh Road.
