Infinite Growth at Engel & Völkers: A True Collaboration
Working for a global network like Engel & Völkers, where excellence is the standard, means that collaboration and cooperation are always front and center. Engel & Völkers’ Americas Headquarters, located in New York City at 430 Park Avenue, recently invited me to be part of their Infinite Growth program—a workshop designed to foster learning, development, and connection within the network.
When corporate reached out to ask me to contribute to the session on Monday, December 2, I was thrilled. The session focused on our Engel & Völkers white-label CRM program, a tool designed to help advisors elevate their business operations. Being asked to share insights about this program wasn’t just an honor; it was a reflection of the collaborative spirit that defines our brand.
What is Infinite Growth?

Infinite Growth isn’t just a workshop; it’s a space for professionals across our network to come together, exchange ideas, and sharpen their skills. There’s a set of criteria to participate, ensuring that attendees are committed to their personal and professional growth.
When advisors invest time and energy into expanding their knowledge, they demonstrate the hallmark of a true professional. These are the types of individuals Aaron and I love working with—those who care deeply about improving their craft and building genuine connections. Engel & Völkers as a brand naturally attracts this caliber of professional, but opportunities like Infinite Growth take things a step further.
The Power of Collaboration
What I love most about programs like this is the chance to make meaningful connections. It’s more than just attending a workshop; it’s about engaging in conversations, sharing ideas, and supporting someone else’s success. In a world where competition often takes center stage, being invited to contribute to Infinite Growth confirmed for me that collaboration is where real growth happens—for individuals and for the network as a whole.
For Aaron and I, the Engel & Völkers network has been one of our greatest assets. The relationships we’ve built and the ideas we’ve shared have had a direct impact on our business. Connections that have converted to meaning friendships have been by far some of the most valuable experiences for us.
Being part of Monday’s session reinforced why we joined Engel & Völkers in the first place. I walked away feeling energized and grateful to contribute. When we invest in each other, we elevate the entire brand.
Here’s to continued collaboration, growth, and the relationships that make it all worthwhile.
